Sourcing & Quality

Works directly with producers across Ecuador — selecting lots, overseeing quality, and ensuring every partnership is built on trust and transparency.

In 2025, we founded Gonzalez Brothers Coffee with a clear purpose: to share specialty coffee from the Americas with the world. Our coffee carries the essence of our homeland, the dedication of our farmers, and the passion that began generations ago on our grandfather's farm.

What we stand for

How we do things

Ethically sourced

We work directly with the farmers to ensure fair trade conditions. Supporting local communities and preserving the tradition of coffee production.

High Quality

Our 100% Arabica beans meet the highest SCA grades. From the collection, import and distribution, we maintain the highest quality standards.

Heritage

We are proud to continue our family's rich coffee tradition. Our commitment is not only preserving the coffee culture of Ecuador, but also promoting it to the world.

The Origin

Where our coffee comes from

Sourced from across Ecuador — high-altitude, volcanic soil, generations of knowledge. Every lot we offer is fully traceable to the farm and the people who grew it.

Altitude

1,500 – 2,200 masl

High-altitude microclimates that slow cherry maturation, concentrating flavour.

Soil

Volcanic & mineral-rich

Andean volcanic soil provides the nutrients that produce bright acidity and clean sweetness.

Processing

Washed · Natural · Honey · Anaerobic · Lactic

From classic methods to experimental fermentation — each lot is processed to highlight the character of the variety and terroir.
